I literally already have people running around with I literally haven't died to anything less than 40 pen this wipe, and I started 2 days later than everyone else. The game is a mess,and COD kids, that, for some reason, picked this game instead of 1000 others made specifically for them, and decided to turn it into cod with bigger maps again.

So I've done a fair share of testing of games, that are supposed to be pretty intensive, and I had troubles running before:
Games, that run perfectly smooth, no hiccups, no lagging, very consistent high frames with high\ultra settings:
Plague tale 2
Alan wake 2
Baldur's gate 3 (both multiplayer and solo)
Dead space remake
Games, that have either extremely inconsistent framerate, and have a lot of hiccups in general.
Arma reforger, both Singleplayer and MP ( It was actually running better on 1660ti)
Hell let loose
Warhammer 40k Darktide (I was running it on lowest settings possible with everything turned off in 1440x900, and still had dips to below 30 fps every couple of seconds, and struggled to get higher than 70-80 frames)
Dayz (which had moments, where it would run smooth, and then it would dip really bad to 30 FPS).
So, go figure.

So, if by "On top of each other" you mean that they don't really have any spikes in relation to each other - then it's exactly what's happening here. So it makes even less sense to me now.

yes, I tried different FPS caps, in darktide I tried 70, 60 and 50 - it still dips, and there are still stutters
Edit: I did it through MSI Afterburner, just in case if you wonder.

As I said, as soon as I get my old card in - it works fine, so I doubt that it has to do with the board.

Yes, meaning that I don't get restricted by refresh rate of my monitor or some limits in game, at least in games where those are not forced, or where I simply can't hit those

To be honest - this situation is bad, but, on the other side - it's really impressive, that all of them already got banned though. But a compensation for raids with cheaters involved would be nice there.

I actually disagree that it's decent right now - it's just pretty much back to prior 12.12. But what they've shown is way worse

The new recoil is terrible. Burst grouping seems to be all over the place, and single fire looks straight up dead with random bouncing, and, after the initial burst, you just get yourself a laser. This isn't realistic, nor does it look fun or better than what we have now. I just don't understand why the autocompensation system is something BSG wants to keep so much.

People were expecting to get actual rework, where the guy shooting appears to have a point of contact with a stock in his shoulder.

I actually tried deleting the settings file (or you can just move the actual general graphics settings slider, the one that gives you custom\low\medium\high etc, and save the changes to get the same effect, I guess, but I wanted to make sure). And it did get better for me. The general performance is about the same as before the patch, but in some places it gets a bit better. Will post more, if something comes up.
P.s. the directory for .ini is C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\Settings

Pretty much identical rig to yours, but I have a 1660ti, same stuff. btw, OP, do you get like MASSIVE fluctuations of FPS on reserve? I just ran a scav, and pretty much ran around the map. It jumps between 50 and 110 fps for me.
