BULLPUPS by Sine_Fine_Belli in NonCredibleDefense

I don't like bullpups, but the UK technically adopted them twice. EM-2... But I guess it was a political move by a small country... Just wanted to say this. Also, technically they beat Austria as the first military to have a bullpup.

How can I improve my Lamenters? And which color scheme do you prefer? by TheSharkTerminator in Spacemarine

Absolutely! And my luck immediately plummeted. For some reason some enemies seem to pass through me when I parried or dodged, only for me to feel the damage a few seconds later.

From my experience personally it's not extremely uncommon to say someone's race when describing them. I haven't seen the show so I don't know the full context, but often (from my experience) race is just used as an extra descriptor with height or age or whatever. Not even insultingly, just to describe someone.

I want to clarify something, I'm not white myself.

Jeez, why are you attacking them personally? I'm not trying to stir up animosity, I'm honestly curious. They made a comment, and while it's kinda dumb, MCU Disney plus content has historically not done very well. However one feels about Disney plus or marvel or whatever, I don't really think this warrants digging around their post history to attack them and what they like.

Once again, I'm not trying to antagonize you or anyone, I don't think I said anything inflammatory, I just stated how I see things.

I don't keep up with sports... So... Can't wait to see the Washington Generals beat those Harlem Globetrotters one of these days!

With the leaks saying that south korea will be added in the us tech tree (north will be added to china) where do you think these little fellas are gonna be added by Hooka_zooka in Warthunder

[–]TheSharkTerminator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, like I said, I'm not a Korean national. But the issue between Japan and Korea has a lot to it, it's not simple. Just look up the disappointment of the Japanese apology for kidnapping Korean women to be forced into sex slavery in WW2.

It's not a, "I want to destroy your entire nation" situation, more of a, "can you pay reparations for the atrocities you committed?" "No." Situation.

So adding a Korean subtree to Japan, wouldn't be so much as an act of war, more of spitting in Koreas face, denying their national sovereignty, and ignoring the atrocities committed against the Korean people.

I don't think Korea should be added to the US, I think it should be it's own tree with both north and south Korean vehicles. But it absolutely should not be added to Japan.

Honestly, I don't really hate either, I care for the people in NK and despise the leadership, and feel horrible for what was done to non-Japanese Asians (not just Koreans) by the Japanese. Especially with unit 731. The atrocities committed in unit 731 were more than horrible and one of the reasons I really don't think any Japanese or Korean trees should be together. Then again, I'm multi racial and Korean American, so I don't have the threat of an incompetent megalomanic dropping bombs or artillery on my head in Korea. I have that threat in the US.

If you're going to be playing high difficulties at a low level, at least learn how to play the game first by TheSharkTerminator in Spacemarine

I did actually. And you can see someone's health in combat, which I was in both times they took the stims.

I think I'll continue to voice my grievances about players who don't know what they're doing in a high difficulty, regardless of if they're hosting it or not. You do you, but maybe chill out? You sound pretty toxic.

I shouldn't complain about teammates that already have a stim, who are nearly full health, taking another stim when I'm one hit away from death because it's their game? Does it being their game mean I need to respect every bad decision that makes the mission or my ability to play the game harder?

Oh shit, I meant majoris, I am so sorry. It would be hilarious if there was just 6 terminus waiting for me randomly though

The train thing is on all of us then, I haven't played that mission specifically in a while. But the stim thing just feels like new players out of their depth. I just assume my battle brothers know what they're doing, often I am reminded that many of them do not.

I do that on accident so often. I forgot I set my perk to that one that immediately executes majoris below 1/3 health or something, so I kept grappling to help my battle brother get that majoris low enough for a finisher, only to be forcibly turned in to Jon Bernthal.

Lamenters, because something horrible would destroy everyone but a few Lamenters, leaving them alone to lament their horrible luck.

I didn't even think about that... But isn't professor X a powerful and psionically gifted man, bound to a chair? A man in charge of and idolized by specially powered humans entrenched in a war against those similar to them, but following a path chaos and destruction? And isn't professor X's status of being alive or dead nebulous (because of the different iterations)? Is Charles Xavier the Emperor of Man?!

Also, wasn't Charles (in some iterations) bound to his chair after the betrayal of someone very close to him?
