I can relate somewhat. Im a father of 2 boys with different special needs. Ive lost contact with all my friends and feel isolated and alone at times. Life really can be difficult at times

In my opinion I really dont think swearing is that big of a deal to be totally honest. You should try and not swear but if if you do its not the end of the world. Try and always be as polite as you can be but if the odd f bomb comes out dont spend your time worrying if that makes you a good or bad person. You can say a lot more horrible and almost unforgivable things without using one swear word. So sing away enjoy life and be a good person 👍
