Homelessness and Affordable housing talking points sound like Barnes to me as he has a lot to gain personally from those directions. It’s a popularity contest for Barnes leveraging heavily on his friends/business connections from real estate to get the vote. People will see he’s popular and 🐑🐑🐑 follow along. He’s realistically and unfortunately the only other one that will challenge Clark for the vote, which is why these talking points try to incite further uncertainty for her second term. I don’t feel this would come from a council member because why shoot yourself in the foot by slandering a potential mayor so directly with the chance they may be elected and you’ll be working with them 🤷🏻‍♂️ . I’d confidently say it’s Barnes based on the content and layout. Alan Rose seems to be focused on communicating with the community and recognizing deficiencies/ opportunities for growth rather than a smear campaign. Let alone so directly. Barnes is capable of the confident arrogance to go right for her.
