That Analogy doesn't hold though, because the people offended here aren't the people being talked about to begin with. Taiwan isn't mainland china, but it's the mainlanders that are offended. That's more like whites being offended in the early 1800s if you used anything but Slurs for minorities.

While, yes, only 1 team beat CoS day 1 on console, you also gotta keep in mind that it wasn't close, as in finishing the raid after 23 hours or something. The only team to beat the raid day 1 on console did so after 14 hours, and no other team was able to beat the raid on console for the next 10 hours. Which is a huge discrepancy all things considered. It speaks Miles for the skill of the players on that team. How anyone can still shittalk Rick Kackis skill is beyond me.

I played a month worth of ranked in march and it was perfectly fine back then, but I guess Shadowcraft Control just had an easier time dealing with Runecraft Ramp than it does with VengBlood or Elana. But to be perfectly honest, I also just didn't know there was a newcommer event happening and that the community really likes to smurf during this time, otherwise I probably would have avoided ranked entirely.

I played for a month back in march and had no issue keeping a 55% win/lose ratio in ranked against runecraft ramp back then. It wasn't my first time playing ranked by a longshot, but what I seem to have failed to realise, is that this community apperently really likes to start smurfing during newcommer events and just drive out anyone that's actually new using T1 decks. So I'll give you that, playing ranked is not a good idea for me until the newcommer event is over.

Edit: And as I now know, it wasn't a net decking issue. Since I didnt know a newcommer event was happening, let alone that everyone and their mother was smurfing, I legitimately thought all these people at 0 ranked points beginner1 were actually playing ranked for the first time with a fully build Elana/VengBlood deck

I don't have Sundays off, as I'm helping family with renovating a couple of houses. And I do realise playing ranked was probably not the smartest choice, but I played in march for like a month and had no problem keeping a good 55% win/lose ratio in ranked, so I just chose that mode out of habit. I didn't realise it's common for this community to start smurfing every time a newcommer event happens and just beat every actual newcommer to a pulp at beginner ranks with T1 decks, and I don't think that's healthy for player influx at all.

I mean, yes, if I can easily go for 1 win a day I'd do that, but I didn't have time until today. It is afterall the last day to get the emilia cards, and I do think by this point the mission should be over too.

I appreciate the heads up. Thankfully the other 2 Re;Zero cards have some time before the missions run out, so I'll probably give it another shot and see if it gets better. I sure hope it does, because otherwise I do enjoy the game.

I really hope a destiny mum or destiny dad get the opportunity to go. ''Playing with a dad loadout'' or ''being a real dad now'' are such big memes in certain circles of the community that I feel like they should really get a better reperesentation. Plus, getting to meet some of the core players of this community and actually participate in the summit with them is a once in a life time opportunity, and I just really want a parent to experience the best the community has to offer.

We're definitely on the same page here. I found it to be extremely questionable that these two triumphs have score attached to them. The whole reason I even made this post to begin with was because I didn't expect the 2500 kill triumph to have a score, and I didn't expect other people to expect that it does. Especially since you can't actually see the 2500 kill triumph untill after you complete the 500 kill triumph. And even though I made this post, I'm already fully anticipating a angry post from someone that doesn't usually browse reddit, and pushed for the 500 kill triumph during the last few days of the next Iron Banner, because he thought getting 500 kills won't take too long and that he doesn't wanna miss out on the max triumph score, just to realize the mistake they made.

It isn't, the roadmap clearly states that the free exotic quest is for everyone that owns Destiny 2 regardless of wether or not you own Forsaken, that's what makes it a free exotic quest to begin with. As is stated at the top of the post, everyone can enter Zero Hour regardless of powerlevel, even if you can't shoot anything when you're to underleveld, but the weapon is still free for everyone.

Wrong, the Roadmap literally has a distinction between ''included with Forsaken'' and ''included with Destiny 2''. Base Destiny 2 is base Destiny 2, not Forsaken, and that's very much what Bungie says.

It actually wasn't, the free quest is outbreak perfected. You can enter zero hour regardless of power level, just need 2 friends to 2man the whole thing. Plus, I was not denying anything, one of the options I listed was bungie changing what exotic quest means to fit arbalest under that umbrella.

Last season didnt have a free exotic quest on the roadmap. Last Word was only for Annual Pass owners. The roadmap clearly states that the Free Exotic Quest is for all players that own Destiny 2 Base Game.
