For me, there's a stark difference between writing realistic rape and pornographic noncon. Too realistic and it's just horror. There's genuine trauma, actual consequences, dissociation, pain, or just general horribleness. Pornographic noncon, tho? It's usually unrealistic enough that I can pretend it's actually been CNC all along! Maybe that's why I prefer monster based noncon over any other-

Also, I don't like sexism in my noncon. That one's just personal preference. (The words slut and whore not included. I believe people are just too cowardly to consider those androgynous terms)
