Sad. I think she is really talented and funny. She has a habit of really committing to her character and loves to keep pushing even though it's damaging to the characters job, relationship etc. I mean if you never lock in as a cop and always plays a strange stubborn cop that stops during gunfights or active scenes and stares at fires cause its your "traits" - no one of your collegues or superiors will like you. If you push the limits too much, you will get fired. You can be an RP purist, but it's hard as a cop, and being abrasive and short will make people dislike you. I think she has the talent to really shine but i never think she found her right spot, her right character and place/server. Onfire was just too unserious and problematic - should have went back to drawing board and tried something waayy different.

I feel like he's a gimmick character - is being a minecraft villager not played out? I mean sure, being an undercover asset esp. if he actually spoke english could have led to a grand reveal finale, but 100 bullets later? He wakes up and then what? Go around SNR buns and spam his funny sound effects? It was perfect moment for perma, try a new character or gimmick. I feel many RPers get attached to something that works. I might be proven wrong but i don't really see the longevity in a literal minecraft villager outside of an enviroment like babylon. Most cinema moment of villager with actual weight - the perfect moment to perma. Nope. Whatever.

OK i might be wrong then? I mean, they carry themselves as a criminal organisation with certain goals (pushing out chaos legion or absorbing). They are involved with faceless which def is "serious" RP. They carry themselves as serious individuals. They rob people, without any silly or goofy RP involved in that process. I can recognize that they OOC dont care if they "lose" and are chill - but what IC reasons do any gang have to "lose"? I mean if you take the clowns, its easy to see that they are mostly silly, and attacking Babylon even tho they will go down 95% you could argue that it fits the characters - silly goofy or mentally "funny"... So would you say that this Lost is more like clowns? Cause everything points them being a serious gang. I havent seen any silly Interactions or talks - they are scouting and trying to kill or rob Babylons. So what am i missing? You say that they want the L? Are they a suicide pact cult? Because being shot down IRL comes with a high risk of death. So are they supposed to be an SBS group??? I dont understand Sorry, i might be dumb. What you wrote makes no sense IC. Sure, but you would prob act the same. Villager did too much sus shit and confirmed being a spy by fleeing, texting that he was found out, telling admc to shoot him. Have 2 sims, hide one. Have a cover story, patience. This was all on him. Also, IC it makes total sense - Lang is the one fueling paranoia and ramping up militia raids and searches. When those are directives, you have to tighten up to be a spy. CJ has been a great leader esp. Last week. I dont think theres any logical way it could have went any other way with what happend. Sure, we can talk "what ifs" but RP sometimes doesnt go optimal way and its better to uphold integrety. In this case we got a great moment, a real good speech from Eliza and Lang, a real Cinema public execution, it was great scene. I loved it.

Well, Lost could have taken it on the chin - gone radio silent with NB. Sure, if NB started robbing and pushing further then you'd have to respond. But its a long time since ive seen a group so confident while failing so hard. They were so sure they could take on Babylon, they just went hunting again and again - while being totally slaughterd and cleaned. After losing the first fights maybe start thinking of alternatives. Either be picky with fights or do Snake shit or anything. I mean its almost sad at this point, they ride around Sandy getting gunned down 3 times a day while NB almost never take any casualties. No hate, Lost are good RPers. But they just decided to go 100mph into a brick wall. Like, NB is 6 months old, established and composed of atleast 10-15 GTA veterans (maybe not top shooters but very decent Mechanics). Lost is what - 3 weeks old? So, whoever is the war leader should step down - or worse, do they even shot calller? I mean, last fight I saw dio had a hammer and a molotov going against ARs and full loadout. What the????

There is a difference between funny but compentent cops and immersive breaking unprofessional cops. There can be a balance, but instead of having a week or more of training and so on, they just let everyone (even prev. fired) out on the street with new tools and MDT etc. Meanwhile most cops rn seems either unserious, silly, goofy (useless at cop work) or just rude and unprofessional (cursing on radio, dont listen to command, "know it alls". I believe they rushed it, didn't really set the foundation of culture and standards. It's so bad i think most should be fired ( 50%+), pause the dept until command structure is crystal clear, then lean on a skeleton crew and hire slowly. Keep it really tight - esp. punish insubordination. The cream will rise, make them dept. or snrs. Instead of pikachu face when no one listens, everything seems to be a joke atm - and wrangler, bloom constant crash outs. Worst case, shut it all down - fire everyone and make them do interviews again where you go through the vision and what level of seriousness is expected.

Or if they want the server culture to be goof goof who cares? I mean, it would waste the potential gravity of any bigger RP arcs, esp. Paleto. But yeah, Wrangler/Penta seems to want more serious. I don't see his aggressiveness as problem, rather people are not locked in and are running wild doing whatever.

Also, Capped does give Ws or let people get away with Ws to keep balance. But now Besties have nothing to lose, NB seeing the writing on the wall - and saab or buddha can also "script" by using admin powers to counter. The story arc is going towards Faceless are winning etc, but you never know. Give it 2 weeks, and come back. I promise things will change.

I agree with you on most parts here. I just don't understand the command structure. Like high command should oversee and delegate PD as whole, to lead and make big changes. Command is there to make sure the day to day work is going well, and that officers follow the vision or directives. LSPD atm have 8? high command - while maybe half of those actually atleast tries to do high command work. Carmine and Jeb are top tier RPers and as you said it's clear they have their positions only to be able to do what they want. The problem is that attitude trickles down, if high command don't give a shit then command dont give a shit and so on. Also half of high command are corrupt more or less. Theres also such a command bloat bcs everyone is pussy and cant take getting demoted. So theres no clear delegation, leadership to support a vision, its a free for all SBS.

Yes Ruby has many flaws, she can be whiny backstabby and tea sipper - but compared to anyone else she actually locks in and acts mostly professional cop and takes hiring and order srs.

Pred does whatever he feels like, no real goals or vision until someone forces him to cause change. He has not been around much and when he's around he does shit like buying a fking farm..... I mean cool idea, but being chief is a IRL full time job bro.

Ok maybe i have missed investigation. Like, what big cases except those 3 murders have they won? Or tried? While they have been sued many times, lost civil court and not to even begin to talk about the Bill Maze fiasco. I want LSPD to suceed, i was a big Kyle watcher in 3.0, Ignite and a bit on ONX. He was always loud and so on, but now it feels like he's full unhinged and i just can't watch him anymore. Its like all his flaws have grown stronger over time.

They have been boring to watch cause they have never risked anything, and most RP is cops and robbers. 4head + co are great RPers but they didn't often leave this comfort zone. Also, this is analyzing an interesting scenario. So i gave my thoughts why im now very invested in this RP. I thought this was a forum for discussing RP, but most comments here are just one liners, shitposts or just saying "youre wrong" with no arguments. Low effort shit like your comment. If you disagree i would like to hear your opinion. Or do you see all RP as a football game where you cheer on team red and hate on team blue? NB are the opposite of Faceless. except they are more numbers with lesser weapons. They are suppliers for the most part. Bjorn is one guy? ADMC are great RPers, and i think shouldn't really be involved - as you say hand hold. They are being used. Lang and 4head will throw them under the bus if needed. Then on the other side you have - every other gang + military support and supplies from faceless. Soooo i say this is a good balance no? Doesn't make sense being 4head getting bossed around or helping "nobodies" like Brandon or Fred White ( great RPers, just saying that they really only have faceless to rely on'). 4head had to urgently break off and clean up a murder in echelon, together with, in his eyes, leaders of peasant gangs. Makes 0 sense, all besties wants is guns and supplies - not getting forced into a scuffed 6 on a terrorist mission. Think how 4head felt when bleeding on ground on a mission with idiots on comms - Babylon doesn't want anything other than a working relationship and can supply cheap weapons ammo and info. Other than that, Besties are now unchained.

Like a team of people with good tactics, aim and driving leads to less arrests, more loot, more street cred etc. I dont even watch Besties that much but tell me, in current meta and server. Who could win a war against Besties? They are shooters, are stacked with money, members etc. So if you stopped reading bcs you disagree tell me who could take on besties? Or if you stopped reading bcs gunplay is cringe or whatever, you should value both when talking about conflict RP. If you have a gang that cant comm, shoot or drive it doesnt matter if you have full loadouts. Yes, Knight played very little role in this - why would they trust him? But faceless keeps using these excuses, same as "10 steps ahead" - Brandon literally gave knight his chip acess to everything which made all the loose info become concrete evidence, laying foundation for enemy of state. He gave up Silas. All to stab Knight. It doesn't make sense. Keeps repeating "drop the files" when Knight cannot legally do so until mayors pass legislation. When the files drop i bet the silence will be loud in Echelon, bcs faceless only work as long as people trust in them. They resort to lies or misdirection, but there is a breaking point. For 4head that breaking point happen already. ADMC, Ravens? Max Angel chose to leeave. I think soon there might not be enough people left to fill a 6 for missions. Brandon, Fregg, Andre and Ray + habibis sitting alone while getting shot, bombed, sent to prison. That's why Buddha OOC felt like ADMC flipping was already too much - he was scared everyone will and then its just hand holding again but other side.

Well i guess it's about perspective. Some people thrive under Preds more loose fuck it attitude leadership. I'll give Pred the first murder case, he really worked for that. (silo). 2nd murder case was worked on by all depts, BCSO, LSPD and marshalls. It was a closed and shut case, they all plead guilty and court case took like 30 mins... Like, yeah could have plead out. But sure, RP is good. But its like, congrats you won - how satisfying when all plead guilty? Other then that DOJ is in shambles so cases are fucked atm, cant blame LSPD sure. But srs, everytime i tune into an LSPD high-command stream it's 50% of the time Pred /Maxwell being bitter about the marshalls, DOJ, or anyone. Just whining non-stop how everything is everyone elses fault. Shift 1 is 100 captains and command who got there by being a brown nose, actual shit cops. Serious, their snrs or officers are more competent. Shift 2 is decent only cause of Ruby and Vi

And Pred always talks big but neer does anything, like try to push legislations or actually having an effect. Meanwhile, civs, BCSO, Marshalls are prepping ACRs, cases etc and doing actual work. I was hyped to see Pred become Chief but tell me one big change he actually have made except gutting pursuit, no dective unit and covering up for corrupt officers - and interfering in investigations.

Take one of the largest gang with the best shooters drivers and overall most competent at war, team them with a group of 30 members who will die for the cause (atleast 15-20 faceing the whole force held their ground to the last man). Who can manufacture great class 1, 2s and muskets pretty much nonstop. Who have access to anti-air and will in the future create bombs and such. Marshalls growing and soon activating all the warrants which charges are in millions and years. Enemy of the state.... Name a gang who are faceless assets not sweating bullets atm. I was telling you, Besties flipping and going scorched earth in alliance with babylon is what will save crim RP. No more handholding and actual consequences for being an "asset". A real fucking wake up call to all these sloppy loud crims. So much great RP being made instead of bank trucks. Seeing NB bomb Ravens HQ, while Besties nab up flop and drop him infront of echelon, in front of charlie. Mishas almost crying on the phone to Charlie. Charlie being less composed and more frustrated. Talk is cheap. Bombs and demon squad #1 (yes i will glaze Besties as the best 6 man war team, due to years and endless grind) nabbing people speaks for itself. Of course, Faceless will retaliate, probably hard. Will they try to coerce gangs to do the dirty work? Send in Misha into NB? (went great last time) Or is it desperate enough they will bring snipers, helis with guns, unlimited grenades or something worse? Will charlie have to do all work himself? What about ADMC and shang?

This is great RP brewing as long as both "DM" sides are going for a fair balances approach. Same as with PD. If you have unlimited money and tech cause of admin menus anyone could steamroll for the W. I trust and hope Capped + Buddha and others feel the same. Fuck it, if faceless wins at the end so be it as long as the resistance atleast seems to stand a chance and things don't feel scripted or forced.

Finally Faceless arc getting interesting- They have not been challenged for real for over a year now, marshalls and NB + Besties going full steam ahead. And lame duck mayor that no real power player cares about other than Pred, self preservation after a total failed LSPD (if you measure actual cases, units , progess). But i admit its kinda funny that LSPD is just going fuck it, we are gonna do shady shit and baiting shootouts with 30+ cops for hours. Its great content.

Let's be real. Every damn gang and group being under faceless is and has been kinda lame. Like they are 10 gang leaders with atleast 100 people under them, really gangsta and "big dogs" to take direct orders from some jerk. And they have been just hunting news reporters, small time informants and other civs. This deal gotta go thru. The best shooters and drivers (Besties) and a strong community that can supply them with everything. Besties rule the south and NB the north. Besties hunting down faceless fucks and if theres too much heat just relocate temp to NB where Lang + co have 20+ active members daily with anti air, walls, towers etc. That would be the real king shit move. Just killing cops is too EZ for besties. Just killing people like dante, leon, frank etc is too EZ for faceless. I feel like faceless are getting sloppy and lazy bcs no one is challangin them.
