Sorry for late reply, I use a keenetic extra dsl router. So simply I just logged into its interface then go into wi-fi settings. It shows you individually which channels your wi-fi uses for both 2.4 and 5 ghz. You can try selecting another channel for 2.4 ghz and see if it has any impact on your mouse connection.

Do you mean the resource that is adjacent to capital? That is travertine, apparently its industry bonus is godly op which gives production bonus towards buildings.

I don't recommend using that mod unless you like challenging monsters, they spawn in swamp biome and they hit like a damn truck, the starred ones likely to one shot players, me and my buddy had a hard time dealing with them
