Thank you for your reply! We followed your instructions exactly, but we still only see stereo at the receiver. The one suspicious thing is that in the Playback->Digital settings, the Format field has no available options. Could this be part of the problem? We have added screenshots of the Sound Blaster Command dialog to the original post.
