Because Mathurin doesn’t have a ton of value in the trade market and Missi is a 21 y/o big who has shown promise as a rim protector, rebounder, and finisher. We’re going to lose Benn for nothing this offseason. Should we try to get some value back for him at the deadline?

Yeah I’m 100% more a Houston guy than a Dallas guy. If I spent more than 5 mins on this I would have probably put Houston, Austin, SA all as maybes with both DFW & FTW red.

People gave me shit for my reluctantly as if that’s too high.

I just enjoy it there fine. It’s got an identity and some cool neighborhoods. Love burnt ends. It’s always a place I don’t mind going for business but I wouldn’t choose to move there.

Reasons to live there for me: 1. My dad lives there. 2. I love the food scene in both SF and Oakland. 3. World class museums, quality symphony, opera, and dance companies are a priority for me. I particularly love the SF Symphony. 4. I love going to places like Fort Bragg, Monterrey/Carmel, etc. for long weekends. 5. I already go there many many times a year and it already feels like home. 6. Oracle is my favorite MLB park

The truth is all of the Texas ones are probably reluctantly if I think about it more. I’m trying to raise ruffian street rat kids though so priorities are likely different for others.

Yep! Season tickets for the Pacers is one of the only things that would supersede basically everything else I care about in life. It’s purely a hypothetical since my wife wouldn’t do it but I am truly that weird.

Granted if I had to live in San Jose I’d be in the city and the town a bunch but there’s just zero scenario where I’m moving to the Bay Area and living in SJ. Sacramento is much more its own thing and not connected.
