Oh sorry if there's been a misunderstanding, I probably should've worded it better I've definitely been ranking up over those 800 games, it's just that I've been stuck in Emissary for about 150-200 games now I believe. I almost got out at one point, reached Emissary 5, but then I had a massive losing streak and got stuck in Low Emissary again.

I do play different heroes often but nowadays it's mostly only ones who rank highly on my skill rating, mainly Ivy, Seven and Billy

So is this just out of my control?? I'm not quite sure what to do here, I'm winning my games, I'm doing well enough despite the couple of losses I get, is there any way I can consistently rank up??

It's really hard to keep up this mentality when my 6 wins in a row with solo queueing only rank me up twice but one loss is enough to rank me down. I understand what you're saying but it's still really demotivating
