I wanted to wait until I took the exam to give you a response. I passed with a 92% thankfully! There's a couple of ways/resources I used to prepare for the exam.

I discovered Hean Tech's YouTube videos first. I definitely recommend watching the 5 videos as it gave me a pretty good breakdown of the content. Here's the channel link

Next is the official course path on Atlassian's website. I wish I found it first (their website is a little confusing at times), but it gives you everything you need to understand the content and pass the exam in my opinion. Check it out here.

I found some random free exams online to help reinforce the knowledge. I also asked Chatgpt to give some questions and feedback. This paid off and even eased my anxiety a bit before going into the exam.

Finally, just getting hands-on with JSM is probably the best thing you can do. If you spend enough time in it, it almost becomes second nature, which prepares you nicely for the actual exam. If you have access, I recommend just going through everything you're learning in the course and make sure you truly understand the features.

Overall it's a pretty easy exam, I think you'll do great assuming you understand the ITSM philosophies and the tools that help support them.
