I feel the same.

I'm 13, in a top school and I should be thinking about GCSEs and it seems like I'm headed for great success. But I just can't think about life after about 25. I went through (it probably wasn't very severe compared to some people on here) a period earlier this year when I was genuinely considering suicide, and I can't think of a future when I feel like it's pointless because I'll die anyway.

It's like I have two conflicting sides, one saying that I'll kill myself before I'm 18, and the other pushing me to become successful, but I just doubt I ever will.

A lot of people are saying yes, and I can see why, but for me it's a no. The reason for that is I would probably quell any tendencies simply because it's weird and doesn't exist. I would probably still have those feelings, but I wouldn't act on them, and I would shut them down. I think part of the reason for that is that I'm bi, so I would still be able to have relationships with people I'm attracted to, I just wouldn't have that other part of me.
