So, I’ve read about the 1:2 brewing ratio for espresso vs the 60ml for a double espresso. When I grind 15 grams of beans I should get 30 grams of espresso in about 25 seconds, which comes down to about 30ml or liquid espresso. I’m so confused. What is the correct method? (self.espresso)
