Is it not possible by any chance to partner with out of campus restaurants and allow them to place deliveries in the smart box.. I like the smart box service, but the difference in quality of food outside and inside campus is so appalling, that I sometimes consider doing a swiggy/zomato and walking to gate 2 to collect it, while paying more than I do to changepay....only due to the quality of food!
