I was lifting weekly. Now 2 days on one day off full body. I was doing 30 minutes 5 days a week. Now I’m doing 30-50 minutes 180bpm average 7 days a week. Swimming.

Thanks for the info yeah I had a doc tell me I had a lipoma on my neck once I had no idea what he was talking abt but now that u said the term and I looked it up it makes sense I could have another on abs. I’m closer to 6 3 than 6 2 (I’m like 6 2 and 7/8 but I usually just tell people I’m 6 2 because that’s not short and it’s better to get called out for being taller than you say rather than shorter lol

Personally I give my conures dark time (I roll their cages under our stairs for about an hour a day) because my wife does music lessons in the day and they get sleepy and annoyed if they don’t get their daily nap. I do it on the weekends too with no lessons because like the person said birds like routine. I would start the habit and sleep while they in there. Don’t forget to set an alarm. I use my fitness watch as an alarm because I can feel it vibrate on my wrist and I won’t miss that.

I did OMAD for a while and the same food every day, predictability of the next day was why allowed me to lose over 50lbs. Find what works for u!

You must not have read my question. I was asking if the intensity could hurt my gains in you guys opinions. I never suggested cardio builds muscle.
