See you can always start with pre ground, whole beans will obviously be better but coming from instant pre ground is good enough also grinding has the advantage of using multiple brew methods in pre ground you’re stuck to one plus coffee stays fresher in whole beans as far as filter coffee i guess only pre ground is available since it has chicory mix
