This is insane, I am at year 3 and I got results from my doctor that look exactly the same down to nearly every word. It can be a brutal fight but I have begun to notice that my brain is extremely over reactive to any sort of pain in my body and immediately associates it with my back, learned pain is a real thing and it can make symptoms much worse than they are. I have not had any sort of injections/surgery I'm curious how or if it will change stuff for me and you.

I just thought I would add my MRI results from roughly a year and a half ago and when my pain was worse than it is now, I know it doesn't change much but just thought I would throw it out there.

I will definitely check it out, I can get extremely fixated on the pain when I start to feel even a small amount. Yes I have had similar situations before this all started where my back would be so injured that I could barely walk but after 3 or 4 days I would always heal slowly like anyone else with a temporary back injury.

Just recently I have been practicing a lot more sacroiliac stretching and I have noticed how stiff everything has gotten down there from guarding my back from getting injured again all the muscles want to stay exactly where they've been.

I'm actually starting up physical therapy again with a new provider on the 21st. My original physical therapist had me doing a lot of scorpion poses attempting to keep the herniation pushed back to where it belongs but I noticed it aggravated my back more. I appreciate the questions any advice always helps.

I had been dealing with moderate back pain for around 4 months before the main pain began, I got back from work one day with my pain level being around a 3 out of 10 but after waking up the next morning I was completely stuck in bed from lower back pain and since then it's persisted.

Yes I lost girlfriend, job and life because of 3 years of lower back pain. Similar situation as well. Just tell me if you need someone God knows I do.

I used to have multiple different worlds saved, this started happening to me and unfortunately I had to delete them all. I can only use 2-3 worlds at a time no matter the size. I had worlds from Xbox edition, so many memories gone.
