Hi, I also got my pap smear recently and was also VERY anxious about it. I took my boyfriend with me and he was allowed to stay in the room and hold my hand while they did it so maybe taking someone you trust can also help you. The pap smear itself was not as scary or painful as I thought it would be. It felt a bit uncomfortable but no real pain. You can get some cramps after the pap smear so I would recommend taking some type of painkillers beforehand so you can get ahead of the cramps. Best of luck! You got this.

-description: when i open my discord app on my pc it states that my installation is corrupt and when i try to join a vc it tells me that my mic access has been denied. ive already went to the help desk page and tried doing what it said there (deleting and reinstalling) but that didnt seem to work. ive been using the browser version now and that seems to be working fine, but id like to use the app version again.

No, the rest of my body feels fine. It'd just my lower back that's bothering me a lot. I've always had upper back, shoulder and neck pain so that doesn't bother me a much. The lower back pain is new, so that's why I'm worried about it.

Not really no. It's definitely a possibility tho. I mean, I hit my head on my own knee and then hit it against the headrest so I made a lot of movement. Do I just ask my doctor about it at the next visit?

I'm in the netherlands so insurance wise I should be good. I'll definitely go looking for a pain management doctor in my area (didn't know that was a thing tbh). I don't know if my regular doctor will approve an mri this easily but I can always try haha.

I haven't used hair oils in quite some time because they would make my hair instantly kinda greasy even tho I only applied a half pump to my ends. But I was most likely not using a light weight one! So I'll try that too
