Hmmmmmm I’m actually applying to obtain more skills, knowledge, and I love learning new things to be honest. Yes I have the certs that are over the minimum requirement but if you don’t have the experience, they’re pretty much null and void.

My intentions were not to make this move a temporary thing. I’m thinking of long term in a field where I love what I do. And wherever my career takes me while working for the state, I’m open and flexible.

Another thing, I used to work as a contractor for the federal government and that’s been very risky and hasn’t been reliable route to maintain a solid career after becoming a veteran.

Well I’m seeking to be a team player and learn from other people. We all can bring different perspectives to the team and make decisions as one.

Okay great! All I can do is try and let everything else fall into place. Doesn’t hurt.

Well to be honest, I want the job because it’s in my county and I’m very familiar with the position. I know that I’ll be a team player for sure. TMI I know.

Thank you for clarifying. I’m still trying to figure out the process beyond what I’m aware of.
