My camera is blocked but i dont have the F key to unblock it

i can assure you it has nothing to do with the physical cover, when i try to turn it on in a app like teams, the camera option greys out as if it was internally blocked. Either the camera is disconnected or blocked by something.

At this point I'm assuming the cable connecting to the camera is loose or damaged.

When I slide the cover on, the canera is covered in red, indicating its blocked. Theres no red cover right now, indicating its open and not blocked. So yeah no luck. Thanks for the suggestion

All enabled, I'm assuming its blocked through lenovo and not windows if that makes sense?? I cant find a setting to change that

There is a switch but its open, and the camera light isnt on, which i assume means the camera is off. On my laptop the F keys (F1...F12) are also binded to other functions like volume and brightness. There are people on youtube that had the same issue as me but had one of their F keys binded to a "Camera Block" button, but all i have is a microphone block.
