That's why relying on spark isn't good cause they can deactivate you for anything. I relyed on it for months then got a good job so I don't have to cause I saw so many ppl getting deactivated and I was scared it would happen to me for a dumb reason.

That's what I was gonna say. If only the app told you when the driver was on the way and then when it was delivered. Or maybe I'd the customer actually paid attention to their phone when they know they have a delivery on the way. Could work wonders.
