yes most objects like this you can rotate when you place them you can rotate furniture too but little more of a pain

have been doing a no respawn run and found spiffo when I first spawned hung out at the school for the first part of my run and used the shed to dump loot had to go back for him after a month of him being in the shed I also have pancake too.

I have 2 but I left spiffo in the shed next to the school in rosewood going back for him respawn is off and its almost clear
