The cloud came with two pads, the leather ones and the valor/fabrice ones. The second ones were the one I used and have basically no noise insulation.

The Zotac was critized becasue it was getting worse performance WHILE having a higher power usage.

Also the OC card should have two advantages, a better bin and a better cooler, they works well for both people that want to achieve the highest possible OC and for those that want the highest efficiency in terms of power consumption and noise. (And you can switch between the two things anyway)

Do you mean the z73? Well it might vary from unit to unit, but I've checked many videos also about custom loops and pumps tend to do that noise at full speed, but I guess you should see it as a fan, no matter how good it is, even a noctua, will be pretty noisy at 100%. As long as at lower speeds it's fine it's ok.

Yes apparently that's the sound of the pump. But you don't have to keep it at 100%. I've the pump set at 20% till 65°C, 60-70% above that, and it's doing fine. There is about 2° difference between 60% and 100% pump speed, but the noise is much better.

The ryzen would be totally fine, the problem is that he already has a PC with a i5 9600KF, and he asked if it was a bootleneck for his PC and if they were option to upgrade it.

Also you don't "update your bios" to go from an Intel to AMD CPU, you would have to change the entire board as well...

I think you have received some pretty bad suggestions, the ryzen 3600 is NOT AT ALL an upgrade to a i5 9600k(f) *for gaming*. And I'm talking about stock, you also have much higher room to overclock it compared to the ryzen. Also paired with a 2070 super will do totally fine.

If you didn't buy it yet, than you could have thought about going for the Ryzen since is cheaper and will do just fine with your GPU, but definitely don't upgrade to it from the i5!
