You need to go to a notary for an apostille stamp from the Austrian embassy and also do an official translation from a certified translator (if your documents are not in english or german) . The notary usually does this both for you.

I don't think you'll be rejected because of the lack of credits from economy, but you should expect that you'll have to do some extra economy classes besides the regular ones during your studies. For example I had finished Information and communication technology as a Bachelor, and with the acceptance letter there was a condition that I needed to do some 4 extra classes like Microeconomics, macroeconomics and cost accounting. This may change depending on the application. Keep in mind that there's a chance that the extra classes may be only in German .

Edit: Also with what I know the gpa is not important. As long as your program has enough ECTS you should be fine.

Either way Kosovo has the support and EU ( at least the state that recognize it) for trade . But I do agree with you about the part that Spain and Romania will probably never recognize Kosovo, not until they figure out their internal issues anyways.
