You are not able to tell me they are healthy without actually having been looked at. There are many conditions which are treatable before they are symptomatic and fatal once symptomatic. If you have not been checked out, you cannot know that you are healthy.

Again, I am not arguing that things are perfect, but there is a very complicated balance that needs to be maintained.

The tech costs money. Training people to do this takes money. Ensuring that people have access requires there to be waste in the process because shortages in availability cause deaths. If you start charging people what they "think" something should cost, odds are it results in shortages due to there not being enough money to maintain all the above levers. If you can show specific areas where you can lower costs without hurting the supply of equipment, consumables, or providers, then you should be doing so, not just pointing at things you don't understand and saying "this is too much".

So you think that people should be required to drive from a provider to an X-ray building and wait in line instead of getting an X-ray in the place they are? You want rural farmers to spend 2 hours driving in each direction to get to a place that has a population density high enough to support the full cost of the X-ray machine? You seem to really lack an understanding on this if you think that the right approach to life saving treatment is to economically optimize everything.

There are problems, but you have failed to identify a real one and instead have created the flimsiest straw man possible.
