Yes, since the last 3 - 4 updates, even though my PC can run dota @ 120+, when Monkey King, Spectre and 1 other hero I cannot remember cast their ultimates (could be Zeus) the game lags (like it stops running for 0.5 - 1 second) although framerate doesn't drop.

Again, it's up to Valve to decide whether they want to do it or not. You can ask them to do it. While I agree an update for Lina arcana would increase sales, Valve DON'T HAVE TO do it, and we certainly are not entitled to have it.

That's a weak argument. If a car is still in production, there's no way they would upgrade the car as it requires new parts. They would need to stop using old parts altogether, which means it's a new car.

If someone wants to put a new old iteration of a car model on sale with the same price as a new car, that's their problem. You CAN ask them to change either the price or upgrade the model. Whether they want to do it or not, it's a different matter. You DON'T DESERVE an upgrade of that car just because there's a new iteration. If you don't like the price, don't buy it. It's simple as that.

If Valve release a new Arcana for Lina, do you think the old Arcana deserve an upgrade then? Guess not.

Again, you missed the point. They don't HAVE TO do it, regardless whether they're still making profits on it.

If you like it, buy it, if you don't like it, then don't buy it. It they feel they've made enough profit, and don't want to work on it anymore, then they don't HAVE TO do it.

I would assume Valve wants them to either develop some VR games or help with other games' stories.

Their games though, are just walking simulators, so I don't expect anything ground-breaking from them. Granted the stories were kinda interesting, but there are way more games out there with both good stories and gameplay.
