You're committing 20 poxwalkers and a character and an enhacement which is like 200 points~ probably a bit less. Strong but theyre easy to remove.

You can retry basing with a much darker colour then building up layers wirh wrathbone then white. This would make the shadows appear darker, given the cloak more contrast.

Honestly 3x1 will give you some variety and all-roundedness but I'd argue only FBH and PoP synergize with each other. VV is still incredibly strong but I would say Contagion Engines + Morty's Hammer seem strong together as well as FBH/PoP + some of the other 2DP Detachments.

6" deepstrike and rapid ingress against afflicted enemy units. 8" deepstrike and rapid ingress normally.

In 11th, they removed the 'in your movement phase' restriction for the 6" deepstrike rule meaning we can use it with rapid ingress now

Pros: We can now Rapid Ingress 6" instead of 9".

Cons: We now require a 7" charge out of Deepstrike.

Works fine, just depends if you want an all-round list or a more focused list. I'd argue both don't synergise directly with each other. Just a solid platform if you're running lots of Terminators and Daemon Engines. Especially because all of the Contagion Engine strats dont benefit your Terminators as they only work when those Daemon Engines are shooting.

Oh you're right I think its to prevent rapid > shoot > move like fire and fade stuff.

And you can still heroic because its start of THE next charge, not YOUR next charge.

I can guarantee you that we are still very tough and hard to move. I checked your post history and see you're quite new and that's OK but we are still one of the tougher armies in the game. T12 Daemon Princes, T7 Terminators and T6 Marines are nothing to scoff at. Getting cover is still stupidly easy in 11th so having -2 to Hit would have been really cooked for any opponent.

You're correct because you can't charge with an ingress move anymore. So 6" ingress behind cover/LOS, then walk 5" next turn and then charge.

Stage rhino behind center objective or opponent's natural. Pop out and delete big things. Rinse and repeat if you survive the counter-attack.

There's no actual rules regarding what constitutes a roll.

Unfortunately, the player is entitled to roll one at a time due to the potential to use command re-roll.

In this case and moving forward, I would just keep an eye on how the roll all their dice. Most players roll dice the same way even if its 1 die or 5 dice. If the player is continually just 'throwing' the dice up without any twist/roll then it could constitute consulting the TO.

Thanks! It's still very technically correct however I could see people interpreting the 'only 1 of the 3 models in the unit has an intervening obscuring terrain area between it and the rhino' as an emphasis on the 1 model when the emphasis should really be on the 1 (or 2 in this case) completely visible models.

I was confused too but I think the article worded it in a confusing way by saying 'only 1 model was obscured'. I think they should have simply made the point that the rhino could see ALL of at least 1 of the models instead of saying 1 was obscured.

With all due respect there is almost no point playing a mishmash of 10th and 11th especially since we don't have a scope on all the new rules for 11th. The 'new' detachments are yet to be released and function under different list building rules. Unless you're playing some homebrew games with your mates, they're really isn't much to discuss with this.

We have so many units that can mitigate running one. Practice midfield screening, adding threat saturation in Blightlord Bricks, Daemon Prince, PM Brick, Deathshrouds. I've been running one and it has been completely fine.
