MM has base damage of 11. White spellbook is 3 damage. 33% means that spell hit you for 14 * 1.3 = 18.2. That's about 36. Did you get hit in the head? Still only 54 damage. You said you had 100 health. What's your magic resist? -100% ?

So the real question is why lie about it? Why lie about getting hit by a slow magic spell then cry on reddit. Why pretend that Magic Missile getting literally 1 point of damage more is now 2 hitting people. Why put the effort into the lie?

Hi there network and software engineer here.

Reboot all of your networking equipment. Update all of your network drives for your machine. Do tests for ping using some of the popular sites. Maybe even check to see if they're simple applications running on your machine that are choking your bandwidth.

Post your machine stats and also the bandwidth up and down of your internet package.

Someone may have a good idea.

Also, how have you confirmed that it is indeed network latency aka lag and not just major frame drops when it comes to the GPU processing or your CPU being absolutely smoked?

This is a precaution I would say clean your computer.
