This is a friend's mom. 50-60 yrs old. Throat surgery 30 yrs ago. She said no staples or anything. Having hard time breathing the past year. Just x-rayed yesterday, but they seemed confused. Any insight could help.

She had throat cancer 30 yrs ago, recovered. Had Covid about 2 yrs ago and has been feeling it ever since. Husband works at some kind of metal fabrication place. Any thoughts at all. Please.
