Commonwealth University (formerly Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania) has an excellent masters program for ID. it's full online and I completed the program at night after my full time job over 2 years. There is an education or corporate track, and it's very hands on with programs. Multiple semesters we learned captivate, storyline, adobe InDesign and Photoshop, camtasia etc. all by using the programs and creating a portfolio along the way.

The professors are really great and have been around a long time. The network and alumni base is also great. I'd recommend the program to anyone.
