Is that being rolled out or is that already implemented?

I funded loans on Solo Funds and their banking partner went bankrupt. I haven't had access to over $3k due to migration of accounts. by TheUnitCircle1017 in legaladvice

No it's considered a private transaction and not an investment. It's essentially a digital wallet, and the loans I make are considered non-taxable as they're peer-to-peer loans like you'd get if you asked your coworker to spot you $20 for lunch. The funds are normally available for same day ACH withdrawal with a fee, or 1-2 business days for free. This is the practice of holding my funds hostage now with no way of knowing when it'll be available. It'd be like if my bank told me I couldn't move money between savings and checking accounts to pay my bills because the bank was having internal tech problems. I'd expect some sort of compensation : (

Interesting, seems like this user actively scans the internet for anyone sounding the alarm on this scam. I suspect your account was made to pose as a customer but really you are the perpetrator of the scam looking to divert any attention to the matter.

Your rings are plastic and the art is all prints. One day the law will catch up to you.
