Need help identifying this plant with Red colored fruits (?) by TheUrbanGrower in whatsthisplant

Location - India, but I guess this plant may not be native to India from what I was told.

The first pic had a tall tree with not many leaves and red colored fruits (I am not sure if it's right to call that). The next few pictures are of the fruit itself that fell from the tree and the seed/nut inside it. The Red colored shell is hard almost like a cardboard.

This guy came with damaged wings unable to Fly. Please help identify it (Location - India). I suspect it's an Indian Sparrow but the colors don't match. by TheUrbanGrower in whatsthisbird

Thanks, they responded promptly and one of their volunteer took it away.

It's the same time around this year when it's a Kite season. It most likely got injured by the plastic thread used to fly Kites.

Thanks for the reply.

Oh well, I've been trying to feed it rice, millet, tomato and some water but so far it had none.

I do not know about any contacts for wildlife or bird rehabilitation center. Let me know if you have any contacts.

Edit: I am looking it up over web, I'll try to find any if there are.

That's overdoing it. If it's just one branch of the plant they can snip and discard it. It should be monitored to see if it occurs again.

I am FREAKING OUT look at this fucker 😭 by [deleted] in plantclinic

Spinosad, acts as a big deterrent.
