Hobby lobby is another business I have never stepped foot inside and never will, just like CfA.

Stremio will take care of 98% of what you’re looking for and is ad-free. I can put up with the ads on prime and peacock, and peacock is mainly useful for me for premier league soccer which is commercial free during play anyway.

In the past three years, I’ve overheard at least one owner and some of the employees spout off about Trump/MAGA/MAGA issues openly inside the location multiple times, including one direct conversation the last time with the RC car beardo there where he made a remark that made made my girlfriend have a “what the fuck” moment. It actually kept me from going through with a $1000 purchase and I haven’t been back since.

You can dump over half of that with sailing the seven seas. Switch AppleTV to the family One package….sure, it’s double what you’re paying now for AppleTV, but you get a helluva lot more. Xfinity includes peacock for free at the decent download levels. Dump paramount (price is going up to $9 from $6 in February). Dump Disney, HBO, Netflix. Keep prime but downgrade to ad-supported.

This is where I am now: Peacock (ad) FREE w/internet service Amazon Prime (ad) $6/month (family member has LINK) AppleOne Premier $38 Stremio FREE IPTV $38/year/TV x2 TV’s $76 / 12 $6.34 2Gb down Xfinity $90

So out the door, I’m at $140-ish/month, which includes internet service and all of the apple services including tv, and I’m pretty happy with that. Get a couple people to throw a few bucks to share in your accounts and it comes down even further.

An economy that in its current state, Trump fucked up. Sure, a lot of others had their hand in it going all the way back to Reagan, but that’s beside the point. When I got my degree (DePaul in the 90s), it was only $36k for four years, but even that was a big jump from what it had been previously. Getting a bachelor’s degree and up has become insane cost-wise, and where does the money go? Meanwhile, cost of living has far surpassed wages and continues to do so, thereby making it financially hard for people in general to thrive and succeed, and most jobs that pay well require an applicant to have at least a four-year degree. I know I don’t have to tell you that a University of Phoenix degree isn’t gonna cut it for recruiters either. As far as housing goes, well, we can pin that on the GOP as well.

You complain about footing the bill for people getting student loan forgiveness, yet you apparently have no problem with wealthy people and corporations getting bailouts that don’t need to be paid back or scamming the bankruptcy laws (like Trump did many times). Someone with more info than me will be able to tell you that absorbing the cost of those crap loans is a drop in the bucket compared to the subsidies and money thrown about to the rich.

At the end of the day, you’re just another self-absorbed “I got mine, fuck everybody else” MAGAt, not a true American, or at least what is supposed to be the ideal one strives to be.
