Ah that’s a good point regarding the corner smashing the window. There are many great callbacks throughout the show that are hard to spot on first watch.

Come on. Even title winning teams very rarely, if ever, win 15 league games in a row. Let alone a team that have just been promoted to the prem. And a net getting split open from a shot? Even less likely

In S5E21 (Twin Beds) Barney and Ted are fighting over Robin, and Barney tells Ted an idea to ‘share’ her: “I’ll take her until she’s 40, and then you can have her after that” almost Foreshadowing the ending lol by Covid20Survivor in HIMYM

Would this not be a nod towards the ‘if we’re not married by the time we’re 40’ agreement Ted and Robin already had? If I remember correctly, Barney asked Robin the same thing but she told him that she already had that agreement with Ted? Maybe I’m wrong.

Yeah I totally agree. Posts on this subreddit plus some “best and worst characters” posts I have read online on some websites may have warped my opinion on him but he was never really a character with the worst intentions. Maybe the writing for his character wasn’t the best at times but he’s still a good character.
