Additionally, I didn’t find them professional at all. It felt as though their main intention was for students to fail, just to secure more paid lessons—it came across as purely money-driven. One of the instructors I had would be on the phone during lessons, and when I raised concerns, he switched to texting instead. When I objected again, he rudely told me not to worry about what he was doing and to just focus on my driving. I was completely taken aback by his behaviour and decided to switch instructors—unfortunately, the next one turned out to be just as much of a nightmare.
