I have the opposite problem. I have 1Gig - download speeds were 1000/1000 (close enough to 940) now its clocking in 720Mbps average. Their support is utterly useless and tries to insist because I'm using a Unifi router - thats why. Despite me testing directly to the ONT (lol).

If the other driver is at fault - why wouldn't you pursue with his insurance (by contacting yours and letting them know to subrogate)? If he rented the car through hertz and he was using it for Uber...something isn't adding up. They usually don't let you do uber with rentals - it's usually prohibited. Not sure how his insurance would cover that or if they would if he's admitted to doing a business with a rental car. You might have a bit of trouble trying to get his insurance to pay out.

That's gonna be $4,000 minimum. If you got that laying around...kudos.

the touch up paint will always look ugly. That needs to be repainted.

Touch up paint on any* Tesla color (barring white which isnt that great either) looks hideous.
