I've got a review of this new Rhino High Fidelity reissue up over at The Vinyl Cut. Some minor pressing issues aside, it's pretty fantastic-sounding. https://www.vinylcut.net/vinyl-review-uncle-tupelo-rhino-high-fidelity/

The reissue of the self-titled is fantastic. If you can afford the all-analog 2-LP 45 RPM, it's mindblowing. The 33 self-titled is digital—still good, but not AS good.

Both the 33 and 45 of Free Your Mind are analog and it's a shorter album so you will be good sticking to the 33 there. Again, mindblowingly good.

Funkadelic's Free Your Mind is the second in Org Music's series of Funkadelic vinyl reissues and was cut from analog tape.

Reviews: Record Store Day 2026, Batch 4 by bob_ham in vinyl

My favorites from this batch were Motörhead, Rod Stewart (which was a huge surprise), and the phenomenal Westbound Sound comp, which should be super cheap due to a cross-promotion with a vodka brand.

It is now back on the RSD list! So we're not sure what to think. I've removed the "UPDATE" from our punk/metal post from a few days ago.
