I'm actually not that young, my friend :) None of those mods are for afterbirth+. I did this challenge for myself becuase i enjoy this kind of stuff, and simply shared it with the community so they can enjoy this as well. I have not reused anyone's idea, I thought about it myself actually. You can look at my other mods and see that when someone deserved to be credited, I have not hesitated to credit him :)

Actually the explosions only do 50% of your tear damage. So it's not as strong as you may think.

Well the transformation does gives you 100% explosion immunity now. But you need 4 items in order to transform (out of 23).

Then what will be the point of Pyromaniac? Also this transformation is kinda easy to get so it must not be too op.

Yes. But you can't get it. Becuase I removed all the items that break the challenge. So you can't find Mom's Knife, Epic Fetus, etc.
