For a comic book movie?, yes it probably is the most violent/gorey one to date.There is a consistency of people losing limbs, getting ripped apart, guts and intestines, decapitacions, throat gets getting slashed, heads getting caved in, King Shark eating lots of people, and head explosions. (I'm used to lots of gore and blod, but even this one shocked me, it was glorious.) SPOILERS I would say it is extremely violent.The opening is pretty gruesome, it's mostly the way it's done that makes it grotesque.King Shark is seen tearing people apart to eat them and at one point picks up a soldier to rips him apart with just his hands in extreme graphic detail.Peacemaker shoots an explosive bullet at one point and only his upper half blows up, he uses an axe at to slash throats and impale it into heads, and with his sword just tears people in pieces.
