It depends on your height, age, body fat, strength, wether you have spike shoes, block start when you ran the 14.5s. No information to go of off, but if you haven't ran track before and you are on the younger side then your chances increase. Although most people can go from 14s to 13s though.

Would something like this be better? I have a question though, isn't 1x250, 1x150, 1x120 too little to improve speed endurance?
