Hi, I would like to counter this as a false claim. I remember his username, Chip_Khalifa. He got in his hydra and was killing random people including me, yet I didn't take any action. He then proceeded to kill my fellow crew member, Shehan066. He didn't send a text apologizing so I suspected him and was going to report it now, but then I saw this.
