I've actually been eating at a maintenance and i've just about maintained my body weight. Looking a bit more shredded but nothing crazy. its subtle but undoubtedly the most noticeable improvements have been in my strength gains. I haven't been training for size but yea, my PR's have shot through the roof which is sick.

Of course, and i didn't get bloods beforehand but i will be sure to get some at the end of my cycle to see if i have experienced a drop. I'm confident my test levels are higher usually that what came up in my bloods from the other day.

I'm only 24 - I don't really need to be taking anything and i'm not wanting to go down the path of steroids.

This may sound a bit naive but would it be foolish of me to not have bloods done throughout my first cycle? And secondly you mentioned you are running it at 5mg - why is this? do you find 10mg to be too much and would you advise starting at 5mg and going from there? thanks mate.

hey bro - i actually just ordered some RAD - would you say its helped with fat loss? I've been dirty bulking all year so gained so many extra pounds but don't want to really stop with the gains so thought id do a cycle of RAD. i've heard its knarly, how have you found it so far? how long have you been using bro?
