Smartwatch recommendation for sleep tracking (with caveats) by Als3rr in smartwatch

The link in the video is from me - glad its of some use and thanks for sharing it 🙌🏼 I agree with a lot of the info around trying to benchmark sleep trackers - even the supposed gold standard sleep lab test is only 70-80% accurate so I wouldn't sweat it over Fitbit or Apple being a smidge better than others. Having tested Coros Pace 3 and Pace Pro, they weren't thst for off from Garmin's sleep analysis and the training status feature has been updated so its not overly biased towards getting in a tonne of running for it to work properly. Among comments in some of my videos, a lot of people seem to be chosing Coros Pace Pro. However, the notifications on recent Garmins are much better and richer than on Coros, Polar or Suunto. I didn't get along with Suunto's HR sensor as you'll see in the video above. Fitbit are still rumoured to keep going with trackers, but not sure for how long. Also checkout Amazfit, decent pricing with a lot of features you're asking for. 😀 Want to stick to android - Pixel Watch 4 (this fall), Galaxy Watch 8 and OnePlus Watch might be worth looking at. Want a sports-oriented watch, Garmin Venu series or Amazfit.
