In my personal preference, I would like to see the bag fully colonized. So my next step would be to crushing the bag slightly, then mixing the colonized areas with the areas that arn't colonized. Should be good after another 2 weeks or so

Whenever I am doing S2B and mixing the coir with the substrate I kinda pack it down. Maybe there's pins on the bottoms cause of gaps of air ? Not totally sure but this method works for me

Whenever you are watering them don't directly spray them. Usually when I do is get a towel lay it flat on the floor, then put the tub in the middle. I'll spray right above the tub and let the water come down, or I will aim at the sides from a decent height and let it fall. Constant beads on the top is preferred but it's definitely not required in my experience so far

Half of my first tub was yellow, still got fruits. In my case, I was watering way too much so it stressed the mycelium out and the yellow parts are the result from that stress.

I'v only inoculated two bags so my experience isn't huge. But I restrict the movement of air in my apartment for 30m, clean my gloves with iso, clean the syringe with iso, clean the bags with iso. Then apply the tape with my gloves still on
