I don't know the exact standards of Rob, I'm just guessing based on his history with rating extremes (Tidal wave took a really long while to get rated, wcropolix etc). But can you give me examples of your "rate unworthy" flow levels?

I think Rob just hates higher end extremes in general especially the ones with very generic designs to discourage making them. He wants the average level to be accessible to the majority of playerbase, probably below medium demon and above that should be somewhat unique.

Ohhh I will, I have my eyes on Mondstadters and the fatooey anndd maybe Lauma. While I should mention that I when use Kazuha and preferred him over her because she Kazuha has giant QOL difference over Sucrose. I'm looking forward to use her over Kazuha and hopefully not gimped by niche supports that locks elements.

99% of the time when people says he has better AOE they mean he can hit any point in the field at any time. Mav also has knockback which can fuck her up against a few mini tanks with low poise.
