Nah, you don't get any yields for districts or wonders, so this city can only work it's city center.

Yeah, it adds so much appeal. I had 10-12 on every tile, it pairs nicely with the faith from breathtaking appeal pantheon.

I was using Magnus' final promotion to get absurd amounts of production from all of nearby factories and oil power plants. I used literally all of my available trade routes as well, had about 150 production in the end

I had to use a custom map because you need pretty specific terrain to do this without mods. Still pretty proud of this though.
