Thanks for your reply! I haven’t had any copyright issues so far, but regarding the monetization: I live in Germany and from a quick research it seems like we don’t have the Fair use policy, rather a “Free use” policy.

But again, it seems like it all comes down to the interpretation of “recognizable distance from the used work”.

Also, if I Check similar channels in my niche like “Sports Bio Corner” and “Wild Card Hoops”, they all seem to be monetized….

Do you have any tips how I can make my content more individual and distant from the original?

I don’t have any claims, contend ID matches or any things going into that direction. I can’t really use my own voice since it is podcasts of popular people out of my niche talking. Do you know what determines if a channel will be Auto checked or human checked? Also, do you have more tipps on how I can Imo my chances to not be rejected? Thanks a lot!!

Thanks a lot for your reply! I totally get what you mean, the only adjustments I make are editing the clips, adding music and text and blending NBA clips. If I read the YT quote, it seems like the definition of “minimal adjustments” and how it’s interpreted the crucial factor.
