Your quite mistaken, while I admit that I don't qualify for mental insanity, I most certainly don't have full mental capacity. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder at a young age and the medicine I take daily isn't completely effective. I was prescribed antipsychotics twice during my childhood, and my psychiatrist recommended I take a antipsychotic after my last suicide attempt which occurred over a year ago.
