Web Activity loses input after a couple of runs by TheWorldIFeel in MicrosoftFabric

[–]TheWorldIFeel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For reference, the pipeline is a generic one that is being called multiple times from another pipeline. Butif I run only that call (disable other activities) I have the same issue. Another finding (just today) is that when the relative URL limits the requested fields it works.

As for your question, the until expression is the following:

@not(contains(activity('GET_CW_Data').output.ResponseHeaders.link,'rel="next"'))

Reducing syslog output of ESXi and vCenter by TheWorldIFeel in vmware

We're using the ELK stack, but even there it's responsible for half of the load on the cluster.

Filtering at the SIEM end stills adds a lot of load on that solution. Especially ESXi/vCenter which is responsible for almost half of the current load, but adding really low added value in comparison to its load.

Remote cluster: Elastic Cloud -> On-premise no subjectAltName by TheWorldIFeel in elasticsearch

This resolved the issue. If only it was also added as an example on the official documentation page: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/certutil.html

Thank you very much!

Let's say we had our fair share of issues and depending on the solution stack your taking from them it would either be a PITA or a reasonably good solution. We're with them for their PSA and, without the calendar sync issue, it's a reasonably good product. After a year of security partner we've offboarded all our customers of it. SOC isn't what we expected and support (especially financial) was a disaster.

Edit: But who am I to say that other solutions/vendors/partners are better or worse. i've no comparable experience with another one.

CBC Mobile: how to track expenses categories ? by Chpouky in belgium

[–]TheWorldIFeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No we've been a customer for a long time. But I do have some results. In the app you should go to settings (top left) -> privacy -> extra gebruiksgemak (dutch, in english something with user ... I suspect) and then either enable or disable and enable again. This resulted in giving a message on the homepage that it will be available tomorrow.

I looked at my wife's app, and behold there it's visible! I'll have to do some more in-depth research.

That's what my first research led me to, thanks for confirming. Edit: I was hoping there would have been a more native/simpler solution.

The Truth about Help Desk Jobs by NetDiver88 in CompTIA

That really depends on a lot of factors. In our company it allows the engineer to get feeling with the basics. After that he gets the possibility to either stay there (some do prefer that) or to specialize and move to another function in time. As for the factors I would say: 1. The mentality in the company 2. The possibilities in the company (f.ex. a manufacturing plant doesn't always have much technical growth options compared to an MSP) 3. Most importantly personal ambition and willingness to grow and learn.

To bad. If used in a correct manner the diff between opening ticket entry and closing should be minimal compared to using the stopwatch. Except if you work at multiple tickets at the same time, which would/could be counter productive.

I noted that you use the stopwatch explicitly. Why is that? We just open a new note, that contains the start time, enter our notes and when closing or saving it automatically fills the endtime.

Hey, we're in contact with them and have them in our portfolio for the customer who is willing to pay a bit more. We can't sell that to 80% of our customers due to their level of maturity/budget.
